3 Ideas for Labor Day Travel

Labor Day weekend is just around the corner. Here are 3 ideas you can explore for a quick, fun trip with family or friends.

1) Run to the mountains. A quick escape from the heat and turning off the cell phone can really help you recharge to finish the last quarter of the year. We especially love the Blue Ridge, Wasatch, and Rocky Mountain ranges!

2) One last stop to the beach. This one may take timing - especially on the east coast due to hurricane season. However, if going to a beach with less people is your definition of relaxation, this could be the perfect time because most families are getting back into school by this time; opening up the beaches.

3) Quick rental adventure. A fun way to travel is to give yourself a surprise. Make it a game!

Step 1: Pick a number between 5 - 100. This is your radius of miles from your home.

Step 2: Select a letter from the alphabet. This is the first letter of the city you go to.

Step 3: Go to www.airbnb.com or www.vrbo.com. Select a random destination. Book it, and GO!
