How It Works

Book Your Trip

  • ​Set a custom budget or book one of our vacation packages.

  • Submit $100 deposit to get started, then pay on your schedule.

Go on an Adventure

  • Receive your itinerary in the mail 1-2 weeks before departure, complete with activity and restaurant recommendations.

  • Travel confidently knowing our top-tier customer service is available throughout the duration of your trip. 

How It Works:

Surprise Vacation

Set your budget and inform us of your travel preferences through the travel survey. We will select your destination, lodging, and activity bookings based on the information submitted in the trip survey. All trips include custom activity and restaurant recommendations as well as background information on the destination.

Itinerary packets are mailed out 2-3 weeks prior to departure through USPS. The itinerary packet will reveal your destination and provide all flight, lodging, transportation, destination overview, and activity info. If you do not receive their itinerary in the mail, we can email you a copy of all your itinerary details.

Booked activities are not guaranteed, but may be included based on budget availability. See a full list of activity options here.

  • International

    • International destinations require travelers to have a passport valid for at least 6 months past the travel dates. 

    • ​We will inform travelers of any additional documentation or entry requirements unique to the destination country, as well as give you any background information you may need regarding customs, language, currency, and packing recommendations.

    • We try to keep flight duration under 6 hours for trips under 7 days. 

    • We guarantee lodging in 3 to 5-star hotels, resorts, bed and breakfasts, or rental homes with a minimum 4 out of 5-star traveler rating. 

    • Trips 7-nights or longer may include multiple destination stops. We will arrange for transportation between destinations.

  • All-Inclusive

    • We book only 4 or 5-star all-inclusive resorts.

    • All-inclusive packages include round-trip transportation between the airport and the resort. ​

  • USA​

    • Road trips include lodging and booked activities only.

    • Trips with flights include round-trip airfare, rental car upon request, lodging, and booked activities based on budget availability. 

    • Lodging is guaranteed in 3 to 5-star hotels, resorts, bed and breakfasts, or rental homes with a minimum 4 out of 5-star traveler rating. 

    • Trips 7-nights or longer may include multiple destination stops if desired.

Custom Planned Trip

  • Fill out the trip survey with your travel preferences and information.

  • We will give you a few recommendations based on your responses.

  • Once you select a destination we can involve you in selecting your lodging and activities as much or as little as you prefer.

  • We will handle all bookings and mail you an itinerary complete with all booking information as well as activity and restaurant recommendations.

Vacation Packages

  • Select the number of travelers and order one package per person.

  • We will book everything and mail your full itinerary complete with flight schedule, hotel info, and activity information. Expect to receive your itinerary in the mail within 1-2 weeks of booking.
